About the Role As a Certified Optima Solutions Professional Lead, you will provide technical services based on customer needs. You'll report to Optima Solutions Site Manager and base in Anqing. What You'll Do
- Solve all kinds of technical problems in the process of coating application to ensure smooth production.
- Responsible for the secure launch of new projects, including coordinating the development of new colors, line trial, color matching and performance tests.
- Optimize Optima production process, improve production efficiency and product quality.
- Strengthen communication with the laboratory, feedback on on-site issues. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree, majoring in chemical engineering or related.
- More than 2 years' working experience.
- Automotive coatings related experience, or desire to work in the coatings industry.
