Woven Care is coming to Utah in 2027! We're so excited to start the process of getting to know local therapists and are currently collecting interest now ahead of our planned opening.
Woven Care is coming to Salt Lake City, and we're looking for our founding COTAs!
For 20 years, Woven Care has been trusted to provide life-changing care by families across Colorado. Now we're bringing our pediatric outpatient model to the Salt Lake City area!
COTAs are a vital part of how we care for kids. You'll be the steady, familiar face that helps children practice and build skills week after week. If you love pediatrics and want a team that supports you, this is a great time to get to know us.
Potential Timeline and Locations: We are looking towards spring and fall of 2027 in the greater Salt Lake City area!
What We Offer
Student loan repayment. Through our partnership with SoFi, we contribute $200 per month directly to your student loan principal.
Supportive supervision. Your supervising OTs are on site or readily available, meeting with you regularly and focused on your growth.
Growth at every stage. CEU reimbursement starting at $250 and growing to $1,500 annually with tenure, plus our Clinical Advancement Program, which fully funds specialty certifications for eligible clinicians, including PTO, travel, and lodging.
Schedule flexibility. Four-day or five-day work weeks, flex days, and full-time or part-time options.

What You'll Need

Associate degree from an accredited OTA program

NBCOT COTA certification, or eligible to sit for the exam

Utah OTA license, or eligible to obtain before spring 2027

New grads and experienced COTAs from all settings are welcome
