Pay Range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour (Final offer reflecting the candidate's skills, relevant experience, and professional background)

What You'll Do
- As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily needs while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Responsibilities Include:

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Providing compassionate personal care and emotional support

Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team

Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation

Supporting meal service and hydration needs

Maintaining accurate documentation and communication with team members

Creating positive, meaningful interactions with residents and families

Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
What We're Looking For

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing

Current CPR certification preferred

Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative care team

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resident care

Ability to read and speak English
