About the Role Signature HealthCARE of Roanoke Rapids is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver compassionate daily care to residents in a 108-bed facility. This role supports resident-centered care, safety, and quality of life as part of our team-based approach to long-term care.
What You'll Do
- Provide daily personal care to residents
- Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in residents' rooms
- Ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices
- Record vital signs and other information as assigned
- Observe residents and report any changes in condition
What We're Looking For
- Current Nursing Certification from state
- Current/active CPR certification
- CNA certification with active status
- Availability for full-time day shift (7am-7pm)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to USD $22.00 per hour
- Sign-on Bonus: $3,500
