Certification and Testing Business Development (Power Electronics)

Job Descriptions:

• 1. Certification and testing Business Development in Power Electronics industry, such as inverter and power conversion devices / 负责电力电子行业产品的检测认证与业务拓展工作，涵盖逆变器、变流器、储能系统等相关产品
• 2. Preparing technical documents of project and evaluate test results according to relevant standards and regulations / 编制项目各类技术文件，依据相关行业标准、法规要求对产品测试结果进行审核与评估
• 3. Conducting on-site testing on manufacturer's site / 前往生产厂商现场，开展产品现场并网测试及相关检测工作
• 4. Providing professional, reliable and quick information to clients and team members / 为客户及团队同事提供专业、靠谱、高效的技术信息与业务支持
• 5. Studying new standards/decisions/knowledge / 持续钻研、学习行业最新标准、技术决议及前沿专业知识
• 6. Communicating with clients efficiently, establishing and maintaining good relationship with clients / 与客户高效对接沟通，建立并长期维护良好的客户合作关系
• 7. Cooperating with other colleagues to achieve the targets / 积极配合团队同事协作，共同完成项目及团队工作目标
• 8. Completing ad hoc assignments by superior / 完成上级领导交办的各项临时性工作任务
• 9. Provide workshops, trainings and technical consultants to customers / 为客户提供技术研讨会、专业培训及一对一技术咨询服务

Job Requirement:

• 1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in electronics and electrical engineering or similar area / 本科及以上学历，电子、电气工程等理工科相关专业
• 2. Excellent fresh graduates could be considered / 优秀应届毕业生亦可择优录用
• 3. Working experience in inverter and power conversion devices R&D, testing and certification industry is preferred / 具备逆变器、变流器产品研发、测试、认证相关行业工作经验者优先
• 4. Familiar with EU/US inverter and power conversion devices grid-code testing standards as IEC 61727, EN 50549, IEEE Std 1547, VDE-AR-N4105, VDE AR-N 4110 and etc is preferred / 熟悉欧美逆变器、变流器产品并网测试标准（IEC 61727、EN 50549、IEEE Std 1547、VDE-AR-N4105、VDE AR-N 4110等）者优先
• 5. Familiar with IEC 60950-1 and IEC 62368-1 power product safety standards is preferred, with good interpersonal skills, team spirit and customer service sense / 熟悉电源产品IEC 60950-1、IEC 62368-1安规标准，具备良好的沟通能力、团队协作意识与客户服务意识者优先
• 6. Good at English reading, basic communication in English is necessary / 能够熟练阅读、理解英文技术资料及行业标准，可独立撰写英文数据、文档及报告，具备基础英文沟通能力
• 7. Familiar with MS offices / 熟练掌握各类办公软件操作
• 8. Willing to learn new knowledges / 积极主动，乐于学习新技术、新标准、新知识
• 9. Able to work under pressure, adhere to "customer first" and "project objective first" principle / 具备抗压工作能力，坚守客户优先、项目目标优先的工作准则
