What You'll Do
- Shadow the CEO for the day, attend all meetings, and join meals with FlyMates.
- Observe cross-functional discussions (Education initiative with Global Payments, Agents, Marketing, and Product; Data Analytics team; B2B market research) and even external meetings.
- Sit in on an interview to learn how Flywire conducts interviews and how to make candidates feel comfortable, followed by a debrief.
- Experience Flywire culture through interactions with FlyMates across countries and roles, and celebrate community events like the swag auction and Flywire Foundation fundraising.
