Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in centre/branch operations, preferably in healthcare or fertility services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre to ensure efficiency and quality care.
- Lead, motivate and manage the centre team to achieve targets.
- Ensure exceptional patient experience and satisfaction.
- Monitor performance, generate reports and ensure targets are met.
- Manage centre budgets, expenses and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, clinical and safety standards.
