Centralized Manufacturer Relations Associate
The Centralized Warranty / Manufacturer Relations Associate ensures accurate, timely, and complete warranty claim documentation across all Bish’s RV locations. This role is responsible for validating unit information, reviewing warranty eligibility, organizing documentation and photos, and supporting the flow of information between technicians, service teams, and manufacturers. You will play a key role in reducing claim errors, increasing processing speed, and maintaining organized, high-quality warranty records that support strong vendor relationships and operational efficiency.
Pay range: $16+ depending on performance and experience.
Key Objectives
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all warranty claim documentation, unit details, and repair authorizations
- Support smooth claim processing by partnering with technicians, service advisors, centralized warranty leadership, and dealership teams
- Maintain organized, accessible, and compliant documentation within the service management system
- Provide consistent, professional communication with internal departments and manufacturers
- Manage and coordinate documentation flow to ensure timely processing and vendor relations
- Align with policies and process improvements to reduce claim errors and increase efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support warranty operations and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Prior experience in warranty processing, service operations, or related roles preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency with documentation management systems and basic data entry
- Ability to work onsite at Bish’s RV locations
