About the Role Microsoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO&I) is the team behind the cloud. Within CO&I, the Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) organization is responsible for delivering core datacenter infrastructure for Microsoft's cloud business. The Central Sub-Regional Director - Execution Procurement will lead procurement strategy and execution for EPC programs in the regional scope. What You'll Do
- Lead execution procurement strategies for datacenter infrastructure within the EPC organization.
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and vendors to drive timely, cost-effective procurement.
- Build and mentor a high-performing procurement team and manage sub-regional operations.
- Drive supplier performance, compliance, and risk management. What We're Looking For
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, and category management within large-scale technology or cloud environments.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Track record of cost optimization, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
