About the Role Join GSI Service Group, Inc. as the CEEP Site Prep Project Manager in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role leads site preparation and operational management for CEEP and MEDCASE medical projects, developing schedules and budgets and ensuring alignment with contract objectives and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Take charge of site preparation and operational management for CEEP and MEDCASE projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets to meet objectives and execution requirements.
  • Establish and maintain an effective project team structure to support project completion.
  • Ensure all projects comply with contractual and regulatory requirements; stay updated with codes and standards relevant to medical facility repairs and renovations.
  • Regularly conduct studies to assess management and organizational performance against project objectives; adapt business strategies accordingly.
  • Serve as the primary client contact; address concerns swiftly while adhering to the Statement of Work (SOW) and contractual terms.
  • Provide expert advice on task execution methods, implement best practices, and facilitate necessary training and organizational development.
  • Provide technical guidance and conduct final quality reviews of all project outputs.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
  • For the CEEP Site Prep Project Manager role: a minimum of five (5) years of experience in medical projects and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in construction.
  • Proficiency in managing complex projects; ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership qualities: clear and concise communication and collaboration with clients, contractors, and employees at all levels; ability to delegate, lead, and motivate a team.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve unforeseen conditions or issues, including worker complaints.
  • Positive, service-oriented attitude toward the company, team members, and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneDrive; ability to learn and use company software tools and templates.
