About the Role We are seeking a CO+I CE Field Service Engineer (FSE) to support Microsoft Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) data center infrastructure in Finland. In this onsite role, you will help power and maintain Microsoft’s cloud services as part of the CO+I team. Based in Helsinki, you will be on the front lines of field service engineering. What You'll Do
- Provide field service engineering support for CO+I data center infrastructure on-site in Finland.
- Install, maintain, and repair data center hardware; perform on-site troubleshooting and outage response.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and performance of Microsoft cloud services.
- Adhere to safety, security, and company policies; travel up to 25% as needed. What We're Looking For
- Experience in data center operations or field service engineering with hardware maintenance.
