Job title: CDL Class A Truck Driver
About the Role Worthington Enterprises is seeking a CDL Class A Truck Driver to safely and efficiently deliver finished product to customers. This role involves operating a knuckle-boom/Hiab crane and representing the company on the road and onsite with professionalism and safety. The position is based in Rice, MN with routes across an 8-state area and Canada, and pays $28.00-$30.00 per hour.
What You'll Do
- Safely and efficiently deliver finished product to customers
- Operate knuckle-boom/Hiab crane (training provided onsite)
- Maintain compliance with DOT/OSHA regulations and company safety guidelines
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams; maintain necessary delivery documentation
- Work 10-12 hour days; some routes require overnight stays (1-2 per week)
What We're Looking For
- CDL Class A license with HazMat and Tanker endorsements
- Valid DOT medical certificate
- 1+ year of commercial driving experience
- Ability to operate knuckle-boom/Hiab crane
- Willingness to work long shifts (10-12 hours) and occasional overnight stays
- Ability to pass a DOT drug/alcohol test and background/MVR checks
- 23 years of age or older; High School Diploma
- Knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations
Nice to Have
- Hiab crane experience (training provided onsite)
