About the Role CDL Class A Regional Driver for Laminar Logistics LLC, an Amazon Freight Partner, based in Perris, CA. This role involves regional routes, no-touch freight, and operating Amazon equipment to ensure on-time delivery. What You'll Do
- Haul Amazon loads (100% no touch freight) using state of the art Amazon-branded equipment and technology, including top of the line compressed natural gas (CNG) day cabs.
- Drive regional routes that have you out on the road for only one night.
- Move trailers to/from dock and parking locations using state of the art Amazon-branded equipment and technology.
- Ensure trailers are properly positioned for loading and unloading at dock doors.
- Perform safety checks on equipment before and after use.
- Communicate with other yard personnel to coordinate movements.
- Ensure safe and proper maneuvering of all vehicles. What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A CDL, DOT physical, pre-employment drug screen and background check, clean MVR/DAC, 21+, English proficiency, and ability to use handheld GPS/smartphone apps. Nice to Have
- Experience with Amazon equipment and technology; willingness to operate CNG day cabs and work a schedule that can be 3 to 4 days per week. Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: approximately $50,000–$75,000 yearly take-home pay; pay also advertised starting at $24 per hour with overtime opportunities.
