About the Role R&R Transportation is hiring dependable, safety-focused drivers who are ready to grow into a Regional Driver position within 90 days. The role includes a 2-week paid training program, and a transition to full-time regional driving with schedule stability and home time after 90 days. What You'll Do
- Safely operate company vehicles on assigned routes
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
- Follow all dispatch instructions and route assignments
- Maintain compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Represent the company professionally at all times
- Complete a 2-week paid training program; performance evaluated to determine continued employment What We're Looking For
- Safety, accountability, and reliability
- During your first 90 days, zero accidents or incidents, no call-outs or tardiness, on-time to all stops, no DOT/HOS violations, and adherence to all company policies and safety procedures Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $45,000-$75,000 per year
- Paid 2-week training program
- Home every other day (after 90 days)
- Full benefits after transition: Medical, Dental, Vision
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Overtime eligibility in Regional role
- Starting pay of $22/hour during training
