About the Role The CDL Bus Operator Trainee position is designed for individuals who do not currently hold a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and who will participate in DCTA's CDL licensing program in order to obtain the license and skills required to become a CDL Bus Operator. Trainees must attend and successfully complete required classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel training. What You'll Do
- Operating vehicles
- Assisting customers
- Conducting inspections What We're Looking For
- Must be 21+, valid Texas driver's license, eligible for CLP/CDL Class B with Passenger
- Clean driving record
- HS diploma/GED
- 1+ year customer service experience
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs Nice to Have
- Experience with tablets, radios, and app-based software Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $20-$26/hr
