About the Role
We’re seeking a Class A Bulk Tanker Driver to deliver industrial gases to Linde customer sites in Niagara Falls and adjacent regions. The role emphasizes safe, compliant transportation of cryogenic liquids and requires strict adherence to safety standards and DOT regulations.
What You'll Do
- Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Perform trailer coupling and uncoupling (drop and hook) as needed.
- Connect and disconnect transfer hoses, ensuring secure couplings and proper handling of cryogenic tanks, hoses, and fittings.
- Monitor pressure levels and temperature readings during loading/unloading to ensure safe operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols during loading, unloading, and handling of cryogenic gases.
- Maintain hazardous materials shipping papers in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation, logbooks, and records per DOT and company policies.
- Identify need for timely vehicle repairs and/or maintenance.
- Build professional partnerships with internal and external customers to meet business goals.
- Continuously build knowledge on how Linde’s business operates to support growth.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of tractor-trailer driving OR 2+ years of tanker trailer driving.
- Valid CDL Class A with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or ability to obtain.
- Must have passport or enhanced license and able to cross into Canada.
- Willingness to run in a team operation.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cryogenic or hazardous materials transportation.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $107,000 - $140,000 per year.
- Paid training—no prior tanker experience required.
