CDL A Regional Driver – Home Daily
Location: Kansas City, KS Starting Pay: $0.60 CPM; $30/hour for training, PTO, and holidays Estimated Weekly Earnings: $1,560 based on an average of 2,600 miles per week Estimated Annual Earnings: $75,000–$100,000 Retention Bonus: $5,000 Schedule: Evening regional routes departing between 9:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. EST

About the Role
In this role, you will transport freight from Kansas City, KS to Keystone cross-dock locations, including Denver, CO; Fargo, ND; La Crosse, WI; and Bridgeton, MO, while operating safely and in compliance with DOT and company standards.
Equipment You’ll Drive
You’ll drive 2023 or newer Freightliner/Cascadia tractors paired with 53-foot dry vans.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 21 years of age
- Minimum of 18 months of verifiable CDL Class A driving experience
- Strong, safe driving record
- Ability to meet DOT requirements and pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable operating on established routes
