Open for W2 candidates only!

Shift: 2nd Shift, M-F, 3PM – 11PM

Description

• Conduct comprehensive drives on heavy trucks daily to evaluate features and overall functionality.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to identify any mechanical issues or defects.
• Follow predefined test plans and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent testing results.
• Monitor vehicle performance and safety systems during test sessions, identifying any anomalies or issues.
• Identify and report software problems related to vehicle systems and controls.
• Communicate effectively to provide detailed feedback and recommendations for improvements.
• Record accurate records of observations and findings.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or automotive certification preferred.

• Proven experience for 5 years as a test driver or in a related automotive testing role.

• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
