CDL-A Grocery Driver | WALMART - Moberly, MO

Pay Details & Schedule
- Weekly Pay: $1,400
- Mileage Pay: $0.49–$0.61 CPM, depending on experience
- Stop Pay: $10 for the first stop and $15 for each additional stop
- Weekend Differential: Additional $0.03 CPM for qualifying work from Friday at 5:00 PM through Monday at 4:00 AM
- Bonuses: Driver performance bonus program available
- Home Time: Daily or weekly, depending on route and dispatch needs
- Schedule: Night shifts, weekends, and a 24/7 operating schedule
- Holiday Schedule: Thanksgiving and Christmas off
Job Details
- Starting Location: Moberly, Missouri
- Hiring Area: Applicants should live within approximately 50 miles of a listed hiring area
- Running Area: Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, and Kansas
- Freight: No-touch grocery deliveries using refrigerated trailers
- Route Structure: Regional round-trip routes with daily dispatch
- Operations: May include drop-and-hook, live loads, live unloads, and preloaded trailers
- Unloading: Stores unload trailers; drivers do not receive unload pay
- Support: 24/7 dispatch, an on-site shop, and limited on-site parking
Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Experienced drivers and trainees may apply; confirm the applicable experience and training requirements with recruiting
- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as scheduled
- Good communication with dispatch and flexibility with regional routes
