Cornerstone Driver Solutions is recruiting CDL-A Company Drivers for a dedicated retail opportunity based in Duncan, Oklahoma.
This position is built for drivers who want consistent dedicated freight, weekly home time, strong earning potential, and company equipment while operating an established regional route through Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico.
Drivers will run dedicated routes that start and end in Duncan, OK, with approximately 2 loads per week and scheduled retail deliveries.
Important: This is a 100% driver-unload position. Drivers are responsible for physically unloading freight at retail locations. If you are looking for strictly no-touch freight, this position will not be a fit.

PAY & COMPENSATION
$1,700–$1,900 Average Weekly Gross
Average weekly earnings are $1,700–$1,900 gross.
Actual earnings may vary based on miles driven, route volume, unload activity and applicable incentives.
Base Mileage Pay
$0.83 per mile
Additional Unload Pay
$0.06 per carton unloaded
Because this is a driver-unload operation, unload activity provides an additional opportunity to increase weekly earnings.
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
$5,000 total sign-on bonus, paid in installments over the first 90 days according to the carrier's bonus schedule.
Clean Inspection Incentives
Drivers may also qualify for clean inspection bonuses:
Level 3 — $50
Level 2 — $75
Level 1 — $100
Pay Frequency
Weekly via direct deposit
Important: There is a one-week holdback before the first paycheck.
HOME TIME & ROUTE
Weekly Home Time
Drivers receive approximately a 34-hour weekly reset.

Texas
New Mexico
This is a regional dedicated operation rather than an OTR position.
Delivery Schedule
Typical delivery windows are:
Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM–6:00 PM
Drivers must be flexible with assigned routes and delivery schedules.
Peak-day and holiday work may be required.
DEDICATED RETAIL FREIGHT
Drivers will operate dedicated dry van retail freight.
Loading
Trailers are pre-loaded before delivery.
Unloading
100% DRIVER UNLOAD
Drivers are responsible for unloading freight at retail locations using expandable covers.
This position requires drivers to be comfortable with the physical demands of repeated loading and unloading in retail delivery environments.
Load Frequency
Approximately 2 loads per week.
Backhaul
Depending on the assigned route, drivers may:
Pick up backhaul freight, or
Return with an empty dunnage trailer

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 6 months of qualifying tractor-trailer experience
Must meet applicable FMCSA/DOT requirements
Must meet the carrier's safety qualifications
Must be capable of performing 100% driver-unload duties
Must be physically capable of the requirements associated with retail deliveries
Strong communication and time-management skills
Flexibility with assigned routing and delivery schedules
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must reside within the required 50-mile hiring radius of Duncan, OK
Additional qualification requirements may apply based on the driver's experience and carrier screening.

Applicants must reside within approximately 50 miles of Duncan, Oklahoma to be considered for this position.
This is a carrier-required hiring area.
