THE OPPORTUNITY
Cornerstone Driver Solutions is recruiting CDL-A Solo Drivers and Owner Operators for a dedicated OTR lane running between Trenton, Michigan and Laredo, Texas.
This is a dedicated long-haul opportunity built around approximately 3,060 miles per week, giving drivers a consistent lane rather than constantly changing markets.
The position is available to both Company Drivers and Owner Operators.
Drivers should be comfortable with extended OTR driving, a dedicated lane, variable pickup days, and approximately 34 hours off each week.
COMPANY DRIVER PAY
Company Drivers are paid based on mileage, with additional differentials available:
- $0.50 per mile base pay
- +$0.06 per mile night differential
- +$0.12 per mile weekend differential
- Approximately 3,060 miles per week
- Approximately $1,500–$1,800 average weekly earnings
Actual earnings depend on dispatched miles, qualifying night/weekend miles, schedule, and applicable carrier pay terms.
OWNER OPERATOR PAY
Owner Operators are paid:
- $1.00 per mile
- Approximately 3,060 miles per week
- Approximately $3,060 gross linehaul per week based on planned miles
Important: Owner Operator compensation represents gross linehaul revenue before fuel, maintenance, insurance, taxes, and other operating expenses.
Actual dispatched miles and compensation are subject to applicable carrier terms.
HOME TIME & SCHEDULE
Approximately 34 Hours Off Per Week
This is a true dedicated OTR operation.
