CDD - Chef de Projet Audits HSE Fournisseurs (H/F)

Hermès is seeking a CDD Chef de Projet Audits HSE Fournisseurs (H/F) based in Pantin, Île-de-France. Starting September 2026 for a 4-month assignment, you will join the Sustainable Development team within the Fashion Division and report to the Responsable Audits & Data Environnementale. Your mission is to participate in deploying the audit program to secure risks across the Fashion value chain, collaborating closely with operations teams and external partners (primarily in France and Italy) and liaising with Group Central Purchasing Coordination to ensure supplier practices meet Hermès standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the assessment of risks in the value chain by participating in audits conducted by external audit firms and by following up on corrective action plans with partners.
• Consolidate mapping of direct and indirect partners, identify required control mechanisms, and coordinate audit scheduling with operational teams, external auditors, and partners.
• Participate in audits for Fashion Homme and Femme businesses and track action plans, analyze evidence of corrective actions, communicate with partners remotely or on site, and maintain follow-up documentation while assisting partners in HSE/RSE acculturation.
• Contribute to supplier knowledge by documenting and evaluating sustainability-related subjects using Group materials, field visits, and exchanges with partners.
• Manage and communicate through documentation repositories on internal networks, participate in Group and Business Unit sharing forums, report on and lead these topics at operational and strategic levels.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) from an engineering school or a Master 2 specializing in HSE, with about 2 years of experience in HSE/Social audits, ideally in an industrial setting.

• Autonomous, rigorous, and organized, with strong analytical and synthesis skills, operational capabilities, and strategic vision.

• Strong pedagogy and diplomacy, comfortable in multicultural environments and with diverse stakeholders.

• Occasional travel required (France and Italy).

• Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with information systems is a plus.
