About the Role Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Cathlab Application Specialist to provide high-quality customer application education and support, including turnover training and ongoing education to optimize the customer training experience. The role also aims to increase sales effectiveness through competent application consultancy and on-site selling of Educate and Expand offerings. The position is based in Gurugram, India, with up to 70% travel.
What You'll Do
- Increase customer satisfaction and productivity by providing outstanding, high-quality customer application education and support, including turnover training and further continuative education, thereby optimizing customer training experience.
- Increase efficacy of sales through competent application consultancy and support as well as on-site selling of Educate and Expand offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma, BSc or MSc in Cardiac Technology (Cathlab) or Interventional Radiographer qualification.
- Working experience in a hospital or MedTech company as Cathlab Application Specialist.
- 2 years' working experience (preferred).
- Open to travel up to 70% as required by the role.
