About the Role The Catering Manager oversees all catering operations at Pickleman’s Gourmet Café in Plano, focusing on order intake, planning, production, packaging, delivery coordination, and client communication to grow catering revenue and deliver exceptional experiences. What You'll Do
- Prospect new accounts and manage existing ones, follow up on quotes, drive repeat orders.
- Build and manage a diverse account list (offices, schools, churches, medical practices, dealerships, apartment complexes).
- Serve as primary contact for catering clients with warm, professional communication.
- Plan and execute community events; participate in local networking and chamber events.
- Manage catering orders from intake through delivery, ensure accurate portioning, labeling, presentation, and quality.
- Coordinate with general manager and staff to maintain smooth operations during large orders.
