Job Description
- Handle catering sales enquiries from corporate, social, wedding, and MICE clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market visits, networking, and client referrals.
- Conduct client meetings, site inspections, presentations, and venue visits.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and event packages as per client requirements.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed events and business.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop repeat business.
- Coordinate with Banquets, F&B, Kitchen, Front Office, and other departments for seamless event planning and execution.
- Understand client requirements, menu preferences, event setup, and other operational details.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and potential business opportunities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation for confirmed events.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales calls, client meetings, and confirmed business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the management.
