Responsibilities
- You will be at the heart of product strategy, directly contributing to the success of our sports categories by ensuring the right products reach the right consumers at the right time. Your work will directly influence product visibility, sales performance, and brand perception within the basketball, soccer, and field sports categories.
- Develop and refine seasonal assortment plans, ensuring alignment with market trends and brand objectives.
- Utilize visual merchandising tools to optimize product presentation and appeal.
- Provide expert product coaching and support for strategic pricing decisions.
- Analyze marketplace Point-of-Sale (POS) insights to inform future merchandising strategies.
- Manage and own the tactical operational processes within the merchandising cycle.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
- Minimum 2+ years of merchandising experience for both retail and e-commerce products.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated tactical operational skillset with a proven ability to own and manage processes end-to-end.
- Experience in building and updating assortment plans for seasonal calendars, including the use of visual tools.
- Proficiency in product coaching, pricing decision support, and leveraging marketplace POS insights.
- A genuine passion for basketball, reflected in your professional or personal background.
