About the Role Als Category Manager Capex (a) 100% verantworten Sie die Beschaffung von Bauleistungen für neue und bestehende Bauprojekte im europäischen Umfeld. Sie agieren als Fachspezialist für Planer-, Werk- und Lieferverträge in Deutsch und Englisch und entwickeln Beschaffungsstrategien, die regulatorischen Anforderungen und SIA-Normen berücksichtigen. What You'll Do
- Wahrnehmen der Beschaffungsverantwortung als Fachspezialist für die Erstellung von Planer-, Werk- und Lieferverträgen für neue und Bauprojekte im Bestand in englischer und deutscher Sprache.
- Erstellen und Umsetzen von Beschaffungsstrategien unter Berücksichtigung der spezifischen Anforderungen innerhalb der Bauprojekte, regulatorischen Anforderungen und den SIA-Normen.
- Vorbereiten, Durchführen und/oder unterstützen von Ausschreibungen inkl. Führung von Vergabegesprächen bis hin zur Vergabe / Beauftragung.
