what we're looking for

A category builder with a P&L mindset

• You have run category or brand portfolios in FMCG and can show how your strategy, pricing and portfolio choices moved revenue, share and margin — not just awareness.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field; professional or postgraduate Marketing qualification advantageous
• Minimum 7–8 years' progressive FMCG Marketing, Category or Brand experience
• Demonstrated experience managing category strategy, portfolio, innovation and financial performance
• Experience leading brands, people and cross-functional projects
• FMCG experience essential; food manufacturing or food-category experience strongly preferred

• Capwell has a strong preference for leaders from food manufacturing or food categories —flour, rice, grains, staples, snacks or adjacent. You understand the economics of staple foods and the shoppers who buy them.
