Category Assistant Manager

- Category of Pre-Order, Non IP items
- Responsible for the P&L of assigned category, formulate and implement category, sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial and Operations teams to deliver category targets and optimize overall performance.
- Regularly assess market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and enhance customer offerings.
- Utilize analytics tools to review promotional effectiveness, provide insights and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
- Ensure healthy stock levels through effective demand planning, promotion planning and inventory management.
- Prepare and communicate promotion schedules to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, explore new partnership opportunities, and support decisions on product assortment, pricing and promotional strategies.
Do you have experience in Category Management?
- University graduate or tertiary education
- Minimum 5 years retail merchandising experience
- Good influencing and negotiation skill
- Analytical, creative, customer focused, open to change, well planned and self-motivated
- Good interpersonal and people management skill
- Good communication skill and good command of English and Chinese
- Knowledge of category management
