About the Role Casualty Claims Adjuster will manage a portfolio of EL, PL, product liability and commercial motor fleet claims from notification through to closure. The role involves appointing investigators and expert witnesses, instructing defence solicitors on litigated claims, and collaborating with brokers and AIG policyholders to deliver high-quality customer service. What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of EL, PL, product liability, and commercial motor fleet claims from notification to resolution.
- Appoint investigators and expert witnesses; instruct defence solicitors on litigated claims and attend court when required.
- Work closely with brokers and AIG policyholders to resolve claims while providing a high level of customer service, including client review meetings.
- Maintain accurate reserving in line with AIG’s claims reserving philosophy.
