About the Role Michael Kors is seeking a part-time Cashier at the Rio Grande Valley Outlet in Mercedes, TX. This role supports a fast-paced, customer-focused store environment by delivering exceptional service, processing transactions, and assisting with sales and daily store tasks. What You'll Do
- Deliver an elevated and welcoming experience while responding to customers’ needs quickly and accurately
- Achieve email capture and sales goals through creative engagement with customers
- Demonstrate flexibility and perform store tasks with speed and excellence
- Process POS transactions efficiently and comply with all policies and procedures while creating a memorable experience
- Assist sales associates in determining customers’ needs and resolving all client issues
- Maintain store standards of cleanliness and organization
- Drive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of relevant retail experience
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English is required
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
- Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days
