About the Role Michael Kors is seeking a part-time Cashier to support the sales team and deliver excellent customer service by creating an organized and pleasant shopping environment for customers. This role focuses on helping customers, managing merchandise, and upholding store policies to ensure a seamless in-store experience. What You'll Do
- Assist with merchandise floor moves and other visual tasks
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Comply with all sales-related policies and procedures
- Greet each customer in a warm and friendly manner
- Respond to customer questions quickly and accurately
- Determine customer needs and direct them to the appropriate sales associate
- Provide the highest level of customer service to each customer
- Assist the sales associates in resolving client problems and other tasks as per business need
- Unpack, hang/fold merchandise, and secure security tags when needed
- Adhere to work schedule, inclusive of time and attendance
- Comply with all Point-of-Sale policies and procedures What We're Looking For
