About the Role Michael Kors is seeking a part-time Cashier/MK Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. Representing the brand with professionalism and integrity, you will help drive loyalty and sales while upholding our values.
What You'll Do
- Lead by example as a MK Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools.
- Maintain floor and stock presence.
- Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance.
- Use Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert to advise our customers with passion and confidence.
- Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales.
