About the Role
Join HelloRache as a Cashier at our Lavon, TX location. You will manage transactions, operate the POS and product scanner, and ensure customers receive accurate receipts and friendly service. This onsite role requires strong math and communication skills and a focus on delivering an outstanding checkout experience. What You'll Do

Greet customers and manage transactions using a cash register

Accept payments (cash or credit), balance the cash drawer, and provide receipts

Verify bag quantities for accuracy and issue correct change

Process coupons and gift cards; upsell and cross-sell when appropriate

Resolve customer questions and complaints in a friendly manner

Maintain accurate records and follow instructions as part of a team

Ensure an outstanding customer experience and help delight shoppers What We're Looking For

Experience with POS systems and cash registers

Basic computer knowledge

Good math skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
