- Receive and process payments accurately (cash, POS/card, and bank transfers).
- Issue correct receipts and change to customers.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for orders and payments.
- Balance the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift.
- Reconcile daily sales and report any shortages or overages to management.
- Handle customer inquiries and payment-related issues politely and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and secure cashier station.
- Coordinate with waiters/servers to ensure smooth order and payment flow.
- Follow all cash-handling procedures and company policies strictly.
- Assist with basic front-of-house duties when needed during quiet periods.
