About the Role As a Cash Applications Specialist at Uline, you will process and post customer payments, apply cash receipts to open invoices, and support the accounts receivable function by ensuring accurate remittance and timely application of funds.
What You'll Do
- Process daily cash applications by matching payments to customer invoices and remittances.
- Post payments to the appropriate accounts in the ERP system and reconcile cash postings.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and unapplied cash.
- Collaborate with AR, Billing, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely cash application.
- Maintain accurate cash application records and generate daily/monthly reports.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with cash application, accounts receivable, or payment processing.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and numbers.
