About this role
About the Role The Cart Staff Member supports Crestview Country Club's outside operations by cleaning member carts, setting up and maintaining practice facilities, greeting members, and assisting with tournaments to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience on the course. What You'll Do
- Clean member carts and organize bag storage
- Greet members and provide first-class service on arrival
- Set up and maintain practice facilities (driving range, chipping green) and ensure availability of golf balls and tees
- Manage cart staging for tournaments, including bag staging, player pairings, and event briefings
- Assist in transporting and returning clubs and bags to and from storage areas
- Prepare carts and equipment ahead of member tee times (typically 90 minutes prior)
- Support tournament operations and member services as needed What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work onsite, part-time, and handle physical tasks (lifting, standing, moving carts)
- Strong communication and friendly demeanor; ability to greet and assist members
- Basic knowledge of golf facilities and equipment; comfortable around golf bags and carts
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Nice to Have
- Experience in golf course operations or tournament support
- Familiarity with event setup and outside operations Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $9-$10 per hour
- Location: Onsite at Crestview Country Club, Wichita, KS
