Job title: Carpenter / Window Installer - Hudson Valley, NY
We are hiring professional carpenters to join Renewal by Anderson for window and door installations in the Hudson Valley/Middletown, NY area. This full-time installer role offers year-round work, strong compensation, and comprehensive benefits.
What You'll Do
- Install windows and door products in accordance with Renewal by Andersen standards and processes
- Build and sustain positive homeowner relations
- Adhere to all proper safety techniques
- Participate in staging and handling installation materials
What We're Looking For
- 3 years carpentry or construction experience (5 years for lead position)
- Ability to interact and effectively communicate with customers
- Availability to work Monday – Saturday, 7am - 5pm
- 3 years managing a team (for lead position)
- 3 years leading/supervising a job site (for lead position)
Nice to Have
- Experience coordinating with customers
- Experience with scheduling and coordinating installations
