Job title: Carpenter / Window Installer - Capital District, NY
About the Role Join Renewal by Andersen as a Carpenter / Window Installer for the Capital District, NY. You will install windows and door products in accordance with Renewal by Andersen standards, build positive homeowner relations, and work with materials that are provided and staged at the warehouse, with waste disposal managed by us. This is year-round, full-time installation work.
What You'll Do
- Install windows and door products in accordance with Renewal by Andersen standards and processes.
- Build and sustain positive homeowner relations.
- Adhere to all proper safety techniques.
- All installation materials are provided and staged at the warehouse, and we manage waste disposal.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years carpentry or construction experience (5 years for lead position).
- Ability to interact and effectively communicate with customers.
- Available to work Monday – Saturday 7am - 5pm.
- For lead position: 3 years managing a team.
- For lead position: 3 years leading/supervising a job site.
