- Ability to read measurements accurately and use carpentry tools safely
- Good attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship
- Physically fit and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in furniture production or interior finishing will be an added advantage
- Proximity to the job location is compulsory
