About this role
About the Role
Brink's is seeking a Global Operations Systems Program Director to own and lead the end-to-end delivery of the Global Operations Systems Program, driving the re-implementation and convergence of CargoWise, Footprint, Trackonomy, and the future BGS technology stack to deliver a standardized, automated, and scalable global operating model with measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Own program delivery with single point of accountability across Operations, IT, Finance, and Market Units; ensure productivity, service quality, financial controls, benefits realization/budgets/resourcing, and customer experience improvements.
- Drive definition and deployment of a global 'to-be' operational template (L4 processes, SOPs, RACI, KPIs). Balance global standardization with local regulatory and legal requirements. Ensure systems enforce standard process execution.
- Lead re-implementation and optimization of CargoWise, Footprint, Trackonomy, and integrated platforms; own sequencing, dependencies, rollout strategy, and legacy system exit; drive fit-to-standard decisions and minimize customization and technical debt.
- Embed eliminate / standardize / optimize / automate / robotize principles by design; sponsor straight-through processing, workflow automation, OCR/ICR, and AI use cases. Prioritize scalable capabilities over isolated point solutions.
- Establish and run global governance, steering forums, and Go / No-Go decision gates. Proactively manage cross-functional risks, trade-offs, and escalations. Provide clear, outcome-based reporting to ELT and sponsors.
- Lead global change, training, and adoption strategy with minimal service disruption. Ensure knowledge transfer, operational readiness, and sustainability post-program. Embed continuous improvement as a permanent operational capability.
- Own senior-level engagement with system integrators and technology partners. Ensure delivery quality, commercial discipline, and contractual accountability.
What We're Looking For
- University Degree in Engineering, IT or adjacent areas.
- 10+ years of system implementation leadership experience.
- 10+ years of multi-country team leadership experience.
- Proficiency in enterprise transformation with ability to influence cross-functional teams; authority across Ops and IT delivery; outcome- and value-realization focused; strong collaboration.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of proactive risk management and governance.
