What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate in-home care to clients in their homes, following individualized care plans.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support as needed.
- Prepare light meals, assist with medications reminders, and support errands or transportation as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe living environment and monitor changes in client condition, reporting to the supervisor.
- Build trusting relationships with clients and families, promoting dignity, respect, and independence.
