- Provide routine direct and indirect resident care per established policies and procedures.
- Maintain resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality.
- Promote resident acceptance of support plans and respond promptly to overall resident needs.
- Collaborate with care teams to support older adults' health, happiness, and safety.
- Adhere to regulatory and safety guidelines. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED as per regulation.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to provide routine direct and indirect resident care per policy.
- Caregiver Med-Tech qualifications as applicable to regulatory standards. Compensation & Benefits
- Sign-On Bonus: $8,000 to be paid throughout the first year of employment.
