As a Caregiver/Residential Support Professional (DSP) you will provide direct support and supervision to residents in an assisted living facility.
Day Shift and Night Shift available: 7:30am-8pm/ 7:30pm-8am (3–12 hour shifts per week)
Responsibilities
- Supervise, support and assist residents.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Provided one-on-one support, based on individual needs and goals.
- Administer and document medications.
- Monitor Residents' health and report changes, concerns or incidents.
- Transport residents to appointments and approved community activities.
- Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment.
- Foster a positive, respectful and supportive environment and workplace culture.
- Follow facility, state, licensing, CMH, safety, emergency and risk-management procedures.
- Participate in required training programs.
- Operate company vehicles safely and only for authorized company use.
Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.

Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.

Must be able to remain active for the duration of shift (excluding breaks).

Must be able to work 12-hour shifts.

Be able to follow instructions and work independently.

Have strong patience, empathy and communication skills.

Must be willing to work assigned schedules and assist on other units when needed.

Ability to handle challenging situations while remaining calm and professional.

Must successfully pass all pre-employment screenings.

Experience is preferred but not required.

Flexible schedule, you provide your availability.

Paid training, first 2 weeks. (Training is 8:30am-5pm, Monday through Friday).

Hourly pay rate increase upon hire-in. ($18.40)
