What You'll Do
- Provide daily care and support to clients
- Document updates and maintain accurate records
- Assist clients with appointments and transportation as needed
- Ensure compliance with CPR/HIPAA requirements
- Maintain safety and cleanliness during shifts
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year relevant supervised experience or 2 years working with developmental disabilities
- Valid Arkansas driver's license and auto insurance
- CPR and HIPAA adherence
- Ability to perform personal care and documentation
