Job Duties: Provide support and assistance to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities. Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration. Help individuals participate in community activities and social events. Support individuals in developing and maintaining independent living skills. Document and report any changes in behavior or health status to the appropriate supervisor.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
