What You'll Do
- Participate in training tracks for Hourly Team Member, Assistant Manager, Manager, and General Manager.
- Engage in one-to-one mentoring, coaching, and ongoing training in hospitality, teamwork, salesmanship and leadership.
- Take part in Area of Ownership (AO) Meetings and development programs such as EMERGE, RISE, ELEVATE and LEAD.
- Learn on-the-job skills including schedule writing, budgeting, data analysis, and more.
- Lead and contribute to a Chili's team to deliver great guest experiences while advancing your leadership capabilities.

- Hourly Team Member: $10 – $20 per hour.
- Assistant Manager: $45,000 - $60,000.
- Manager: $50,000 - $70,000.
- General Manager: $65,000 – $90,000.
