About the Role The Career Coach role supports the BACK TO WORK 50+ program, helping unemployed older adults build the skills and confidence they need to compete for high-quality jobs. This position works within AARP Foundation’s network of community partners to bring the program to local communities. What You'll Do
- Help unemployed older adults build the skills and confidence they need to compete for high-quality jobs.
- Collaborate with a nationwide network of community partners to implement the program in local communities.
- Support partnership development with municipalities, community agencies and school districts to expand program reach. What We're Looking For
- A passion for helping older adults succeed in re-entering the workforce.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills to work with diverse partner organizations.
- Interest in community-based program implementation and expansion across communities.
