About the Role Join Loyal Health to advance Care Search, helping patients find care through NLP-powered search, typeahead suggestions, and algorithmic ranking. This role focuses on growing appointment volume, improving provider-patient matches, and optimizing scheduling experiences through intuitive search experiences across provider, location, specialty, clinical terms, and consumer-friendly terms.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate on building and improving Care Search features using natural language processing, typeahead suggestions, and algorithmic search.
- Enhance search experiences by improving provider, location, specialty, clinical, and consumer search terms; implement filters and sorting options to narrow results.
- Leverage Loyal’s Provider Data Management to simplify provider and location search workflows.
- Drive measurable outcomes by promoting high-priority providers, boosting patient retention, optimizing provider utilization, and monitoring decreases in patient inquiries related to searches.
- Provide insights and reporting on search performance and outcomes; work with engagement teams to refine strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with NLP-powered search, relevance ranking, and typeahead UI.
- Familiarity with provider data management and healthcare search workflows.
- Ability to integrate Care Search with existing tech stacks and tools; experience with white-label deployments.
- Data-driven thinker with strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to monitor metrics and drive outcomes.
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare or health system technology; familiarity with web scheduling integrations.
- Knowledge of privacy/compliance considerations in healthcare; experience with AI/ML in search.
