About this role
Job title: Care Assistant
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Care Assistant to deliver a high standard of care and assist in meeting residents' individual needs within a caring environment.
Responsibilities
- Carry out a high standard of care for residents.
- Assist to meet residents’ individual needs within the Home.
- Work as part of a team and use initiative when required.
Requirements
- Must have a capable, caring nature and be committed to the care of all the residents within the Home.
- Must have a good command of written and spoken English.
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and oral to communicate effectively with residents.
- Must be able to use initiative and work as part of a team.
- Previous experience is not required; training will be provided.
